RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • You have 48 hours to request an exchange. (48 hours after your package has been delivered - verified by tracking).
  • Exchanged merchandise must be in New and Resealable condition. All used items will be rejected. Any scratches or signs of use will void your exchange. Any cleaned merchandise is void of exchange. All returns must be accompanied by an order number, all original packaging materials and paperwork. Please ship your box in appropriate packaging, pre-insured and tracked.
  • Printed items (including price cubes) cannot be returned for credit or exchange. These goods have been made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance fees. We are not responsible for lost packages, you must consult any lost packages with your courier.
  • Cross shipments are available by request. Customer's credit card will be charged for the exchange and then the refunded once the returned item is received and verified. If any items are not in NEW condition, they will be returned and you will be billed for the returned item.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • You have 48 hours to report a product that was received defective. You then have a further 7 days from the date you notify us to return the defective merchandise. 
  • Anything printed or created in-house cannot be returned.
  • All DOA merchandise should be carefully repacked and ready for pickup by an authorized freight carrier. 
  • Defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable item. Thank you for your patience, as this procedure may take another 15 working days. 
  • There is no out of pocket expense from the customer.
  • All defective merchandise reported after 24 hours of delivery date will be handled under the normal Exchange Procedure.
  • We do not offer Refunds for any of our products.
