Delivery

Pacio ships worldwide and we endeavor to use the fastest and most cost effective methods.

To receive your order, you must provide a complete and valid mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses as all packages need a signature upon delivery.

Most orders ship out from Pacio within 48 hours. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email or phone and informed the reason for the delay.

You may advise us of any special shipping requirements or instructions within the notes box at checkout.

Final delivery charge will be highlighted at the checkout when you select the country the parcel will be shipped to. Should you have any queries please contact our team - via telephone or email.

Pacio reserves the right to alter delivery charges and all deliveries will be invoiced at the prices current at the time of dispatch.

Goods will be delivered by a carrier nominated by Pacio or by any other method Pacio chooses.

Pacio cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of Goods.
